Cundasia Colombia S.A.S. executes commercial operations, B2B contracts, customer service and service delivery in Colombia and Latin America.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes. Customer data is retained for a minimum of 5 years under Colombian accounting and tax regulations. Data of unconverted leads is deleted within 24 months of the last interaction.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law applicable according to the nature of the legal relationship and the user's location:

• Colombia (local operations): Contractual relationships executed by Cundasia Colombia S.A.S. are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. The parties submit to the courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
• International / Corporate: Matters relating to the intellectual property, trademarks and corporate structure of Cundasia Global Holding PBC are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Music Rights

All music published under the artist names Cundasia Music and Cundasia Meditations is protected by applicable copyright and related rights.

Distribution and platforms

Digital distribution of Cundasia's music on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal and more than 150 additional platforms) is carried out through DistroKid. Master and authorship rights remain the exclusive property of Cundasia Global Holding PBC (Delaware, USA).

Licensing and synchronization

For synchronization requests (use in video, advertising, film, television), commercial use licenses, or any other use of the music beyond personal streaming, write to us at music@cundasia.com.

UGC and social media

You are permitted to use Cundasia's music in personal social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) provided the artist is properly credited and it is not used for commercial purposes without authorization.
